EDP jobs scheduled by calendar events

Currently EDP jobs are triggered by API calls. This BP aims at providing another calendar-based job scheduling mechanism. A user can just create an EDP job and register it to a specified time point on a date, e.g. 8:00 pm on each Friday. When the time point is reached, EDP will schedule the job to be executed. This BP helps users to run EDP jobs automatically and periodically, according to pre-defined working plans.
