[EDP] Implement Savanna EDP in Horizon Dashboard

Implement EDP in the Savanna dashboard in horizon.
The Savanna panel will be expanded to include the following:
1) Job Manager (create, modify, delete, launch against a cluster, monitor, terminate)
2) Job Origins (create, delete [with options for swift, git, etc])
3) Data Sources (create, delete [with options for HDFS, swift, Gluster etc])
