Savanna v0.2 should have integration tests and tests for REST API

    - Hadoop-Swift integration of Vanilla plugin
    - Image registry
    - Cluster scaling
    - Savanna dashboard

Integration tests for version 0.1 must be changed because of new API version 0.2 of Savanna.
