OpenStack Data Processing (Sahara) basic resource for Heat

OpenStack contains orchestration service known as Heat. It would be good to spawn Hadoop clusters by creating special Heat template and using Sahara resource inside it.
So, the idea is to support Hadoop cluster resource in Heat, that'll means that Heat users could specify Hadoop cluster as part of Heat stack.
It should be named ~ OS::Sahara::Cluster and provide ability to create clusters based on existing cluster templates (like a "create cluster" window in Horizon).
