Option to display current window's title for themes without title bars

A very simple WindowList option would allow it to display not just the current window's icon but also its title. This is particularly important for Gnome integration with the emerging mass of tiling window managers (awesome, dwm, xmonad, etc). Frequently such window managers are configured to omit window titlebars. None the less all seem to find a way to display the current window's title in some bar. Allowing WindowList to display the current window's icon and title would be particularly attractive, and Gnome-friendly way to satisfy that need.
