Need to add ability to filter data on tables for each specific projects by milestones

We need to add the ability to filter summary data by mailstone for each specific project, like it works for summary table Fuel+MOS.

The tables such as http://launchpad-reports-summary.mirantis.com/project/FUEL should be available on per-milestone basis. The fact that fuel has 990 bugs total is not too interesting by itself.
