Need to show in the separate table all bugs, which doesn't triaged

We need to show on the separate table (or probably on separate line in tables) the count of non triaged bugs and links to all non triaged bugs.
Bug is non-triaged, if any of the following is true:
1. Status of this bug is New
2. This bug is not assigned to any team or engineer.
3. The bug has no milestone set
4. The bug does not have importance set.

akuznetsova: I guess, for the "non-triaged" bugs both conditions should be performed at the same time.
dpyzhov: My opinion is that triaged bug have: confirmation, assignee, priority, milestone. Any empty field means that we don't have enough information to classify the bug.
