Implemented as a middleware (or not) we should be able to show the capabilities of a cluster, configuration can be :
A middleware that gives information about the current cluster :
capabilities eg can be :
- middlewares enabled.
- constants (i.e: size and such) set.
- settings.
optional: ring settings, i.e: region/replicas.
