Change Swift logging to use oslo logging

Swift can be modified to use oslo logging mechanism. This will allow Swift to have a smoother integration with the rest of the modules by using the same logging infrastructure. Moreover, by using Oslo, Swift logs could be incorporated in a larger logging framework like Logstash + Elasticsearch and Kibana UI.
