Trio2o code cleaning

Trio2o is derived from Tricircle, and the code was forked from Tricircle repository. The Trio2o is to provide APIs gateway for multiple OpenStack clouds, spanning in one site or multiple sites or in hybrid cloud, to act as a single OpenStack cloud. So the networking code from Tricircle should be removed from Trio2o repository, after code cleaning, the Trio2o should be able to run independently.
