Validation of Database should be abstracted and should be as per service_type configurations

validation of database name/ username etc. is being carried out just for MySQL, the implementation is highly coupled for MySQL it should be abstracted and follow "service_type" settings in conf. for doing such validations.

For example special characters are not supported in names of many databases, same is with the default charset/collation etc.
