Slideshow for Ubuntu upgrades

There should be a slideshow for Ubuntu users upgrading from Karmic, as well as (if possible) Hardy. Note that this one will probably be accessed over the Internet.
In addition to content, some behaviour changes are desired. In particular, the slideshow should be scripted in a way that the upgrade tool can inform it about progress, then the slideshow could increment slides in accordance with that.
