Make Open Projector reusable

Open Projector is unnecessarily tied down to this project. It should instead be reimplemented as an open-ended Python script with a simple exposed API. This means easier maintainability as Ubiquity can integrate Open Projector with a few simple commands, as well as a system that can be quickly carried elsewhere with minimal fuss.
