This cycle the Beginners Team is looking to refine, improve, and most importantly explicitly define our mentor and membership process. What skills will best prepare that user for success in his/her area of interest. How will we teach and measure those skills. Each mentee needs a clearly defined roadmap pointing towards proficiency and prolific contributions in the community
Relationships need to be built with various parts of the community to insure we are providing the best possible onboarding experience for that segment of the community.
