Remove references to “touch”
Consider the use of existing qtc UI where its relevant

We will likely extend the use of the Devices tab as this is more usable than the options buried within the tools menu.
The other Ubuntu specific tabs may be removed and/or consolidated into the Welcome and device tabs.
