Apport crash duplicate detection
Right now we receive a lot of duplicate crash reports because Malone's crash bug filing guidance is not optimal. This creates unnecessary work for triagers and unnecessary uploads for users.
We need to automatically identify bug duplicates, and possibly even check this on the fly to avoid uploading coredumps for already known issues.
Gnome's dup finder does a good job. Its maintainers will be present in Sevilla, so we should aim for some shared effort.
