We want to discuss ideas to have the community work together to encourage more participation in application development on Ubuntu.

These could include:
* Regular outreach to encourage app developers to participate in Ubuntu.
* Running another successful Ubuntu App Developer Week.
* We need resources

 * Look at how popular previous app dev week topics were and offer more of the popular ones
 * Offer Qt sessions/help
 * developer.gnome.org was recently updated for the Gnome 3 release
* Current initiatives are very focused on Ubuntu-based resources
* Locos talk about development on Ubuntu with individuals at colleges
* University programme
* Developer magazine
* We need App Developer plenary talks at UDS
* Lighting-talk-type videos
* Provide a metapackage that provides everything app developers need
* Contact other developer user groups (example Java User Groups, JUG)
