Common Contact Selection UX across Ubuntu

Currently there are several different contact picker designs in Ubuntu, for selecting a contact to interact with. Sharing a folder in Ubuntu One, e-mail in Evolution, Send To... dialog, other mail clients; the list goes on. It would be nice to provide a common UX across all of Ubuntu for selecting contacts. This will include revamping the existing Ubuntu One contacts picker dialog, and using it elsewhere, as well as possibly providing some additional widgetry and magic to smooth things out elsewhere.
