Extend HW DB

As a foundation for public device readiness knowledgebase, it is necessary to extend current Ubuntu's H/W GUI DB for data gathering. The H/W DB needs to include devices feature granularity and attached with it definition of feature that "works" or "does not work". Also H/W DB need to include additional data field, such as license, security, full S/W environment description. Some extended scripts would need to be written to extend the capturing the complete end-user software environment; translation scripts into Intel's Topper DB.
