Tighter integration of built in documentation, doc-wiki and forums

Would be nice if, when looking stuff up, I could easily pull up on-system docs and then click to pop open a relevant wiki page or web forum or at least search those areas. Also a link to search bugs on launchpad might be nice too. Dunno if this could be integrated with Yelp or the Gnome search tools. Essentially, docs should have better cross referencing especially links to online resources.
