Changing the default font handling for kubuntu

Kubuntu default font handling is looks rough and mostly very hard to read. its appearance on on high res/big screen TVs is really bad. ubuntu for the same is handling really well. almost all kubuntu installations needs bit of tweaking for the fonts to look better.

by default anti-aliasing is disabled in kubuntu. thats the major issue in most of the cases. other settings like no hinting and sub pixel rendering really makes the fonts looks better. if thats what every one is doing why can't we make them default? ubuntu made all these setting default.
