Enable Network-Manager to handle pptp and other ppp connections. I think SuSE Enterprise Desktop has a package for that. Since in some countries (Austria) pptp is used to make DSL connections this should be supported.
In general supporting ppp connections via network-manager would be cool (ppp modem connections, pppoe DSL, pptp VPN and other VPN protocols).
While as far as VPN is concerned it makes sense to support several simultanous connections.
