Easy way to recover broken Ubuntu installation

Add an option to recover a broken Ubuntu installation on the Ubuntu Live CD called "Recover my Ubuntu". This option would install all the packages that came with Ubuntu (leaving your settings untouched), recover the boot loader and the boot sector, and have an option for a CD-assisted startup.
