Provide a set of puppet recipes for Ubuntu
Puppet gives us a framework for doing configuration management. However, Puppet comes without a standard library of recipes, and one's best chance of finding such recipes is to scour various wiki's for stuff of wildly varying quality and origin, and there's no guarantee that it works with the version of Puppet we ship in Ubuntu. We will create sort of standard library of recipes that are supported (by virtue of being in the Ubuntu archive), do things "the right way", and are made specifically to work with the version of Puppet in Ubuntu.
