Toggling of boot messages during usplash

The ability to toggle boot messages during boot, from usplash. With a clean interface and mouse, much like Fedora Core's startup.
This will allow the user to view messages if they so choice.
In addition if for some reason, an error should occur, the user should automatically be switched to the verbose mode and shown the messages, including errors.
