I've created a quick page at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuStudioControls that shows how to access the Ubuntu Studio Controls panel and brief explanation of what each option is for.

This page has been updated for Karmic (from Alpha-4) which includes the -nice setting also.

The page for 8.04LTS Hardy was saved and linked from this page since it is the LTS versions.
