Automatic window Repositioning

Noticed that it sucks to move windows after you startet other programms? ..
Automatic repositionen would be an answer!
What i would like to see is an option to allow windows to reposition themselfes if other windows are opened.... so that way you dont have to do it always on your own...But i am new to developing so if anybody could help me get started. i would be really glad.
Also some people would be nice too!
